Advertising Terms and Conditions

We have tried to keep these as simple as possible. Please contact us if you require any of these conditions clarified.
- Banner adverts should be 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels high and should be no larger than 15Kb. Banners should be provided in either GIF or JPG format. Animated banners are acceptable. Each banner can have a text link displayed beneath it of up to 60 characters (including spaces).
- Button adverts should be a maximum of 125 pixels wide by 125 pixels high and should be no larger than 6Kb. Ads should be provided in either GIF or JPG format. Animated ads are acceptable. Each button can have a text link displayed beneath it of up to 60 characters (including spaces).
- Text links are limited to 60 characters in length (including spaces).
- Newsletter adverts are text only and are limited to 10 lines by 68 characters each (including spaces) for the main sponsor's ad or 3 lines by 68 characters (including spaces), plus a fourth line for the linking URL for classified ads.
- We reserve the right to refuse to carry any message we deem to be offensive, immoral, illegal or unsuitable for the Sell It! site and associated newsletter. Please note that we do not carry adverts for MLM or "cookie cutter" programs.
- We bill at the end of each month for the number of Web site ad impressions or newsletter insertions requested during that month. Our payment terms are strictly 20 days. New advertisers may be requested to pay for all or part of their order in advance. Classifed adverts must be pre-paid by credit card.
- The minimum monthly order value is $200 except for orders for newsletter classified ads where the minimum is $35.
