Just for clarification purposes, the article was actually a guest post by Michel Fortin back in 2002.  In my opinion, though, it&#039;s a &lt;strong&gt;timeless&lt;/strong&gt; post that, at the very least, makes the most important distinctions between content, copy and sales.  

You&#039;ve got to get your readers to take action on something, not just make them think &quot;geez, what a great article.&quot;

We all need to be reminded about that occasionally while we&#039;re stuck in the writing great content tunnel.
